NEW MUSIC: Caliph – Roses Never Fade

rez | Music | Monday, April 30th, 2012

Caliph releases some straight spit on “Roses Never Fade”, a joint that didn’t quite make his last project. Here’s the official blurb:

Roses Never Fade was one of my favourite joints at the time of creating The Resignation. Unfortunately there were some issues with clearing the production so I was unable to include it in the project. This is the last “older” joint that’ll be dropping. I’m currently working on the next mixtape due to drop this summer.

“”…I tell him invest devotion the conversion will pop / But he ain’t hearin me like Beethoven, he woven in the rock / Like the kerosene and chlorine the coke bounded to his heart / The only metamorphic thing transforming inside the pot….”
