Forgiveness is not permission, or predisposed justification – it’s the release of detrimental feelings, thoughts and emotions that can consume us. F-You: The Forgiveness Project is an impassioned and inspiring event, featuring speakers who have overstepped the line between being a victim and being a survivor in the face of their own internal adversities.
