Newcomer Jyrome Good releases his Eric Dingus-produced “Ethereal” debut EP.

BRAMPTON, ON – Jyrome Good is a singer/songwriter from Brampton, Ontario who just released his debut project, “Ethereal”. The project is a 7 track compilation of smooth vocals and blends over spaced out production handled entirely by Texas native, Eric Dingus.

PREMIERING Sunday, Jan. 19th

Toronto, ON – Like nothing on Canadian TV, ‘Teenagers’ is the newest series to hit the web. The
show follows a group of teenagers in their last year of high school as they confront teen angst,
ity, and racism. The trailer alone has received 8000+ organic YouTube views. The first two
episodes of the eight episode first season will premiere this Sunday January, 19th on YouTube.
Rize Studios is hosting the premiere party from 5 pm to 7 pm. More information and tickets to

“Prepare to be addicted to a new series.” says The Known Unknown. Created by Mathew
Murray and executive produced by Emmanuel Kabongo who also plays lead actor ‘T’,
‘Teenagers’ is packed with a powerful and “Stellar cast” (BWWTV) including Degrassi alum
Chloe Rose and Ray Ablack. Other cast members are Nick Stojanovic, Dana Jeffrey, Allyson
Pratt, and Nykeem Provo. Toronto talents John River, Shi Wisdom, and Lincoln Blanche are

Singer/Songwriter Andreena releases 4th installment of the “Covers: Revisited” series with “Oh God” by Luke James.

Andreena continues to slay with her acoustic rendition of Beyoncé’s tour opener Luke James’ hit record “Oh God.” The record produced by and featuring Hit Boy was a cult favourite to R&B lovers across the board. Andreena takes the piano solo in the song and does it complete justice by executing something simple and effortless.

The Journey is a documentary released by Hope City documenting the lives, paths and journeys of 6 promising basketball players from Ontario. 

Created by John River and executive produced by John River, Arjun Dayal and Trayne Films, The Journey is a groundbreaking series that offers an extensive look into the rise of Canadian Basketball. 

The full documentary will be released January 28th, 2014.

Holy sh*t this is way too classic! The homie Dan-e-o at age 13 on MuchMusic. Crazy. And Lindo at the end! Crazy! And Monika Deol. Crazy!!!

This video captures 13 year-old Dan-e-o’s first-ever live television performance. It is also the oldest known footage of the veteran Toronto MC. Filmed on May 4, 1991, CityTV’s “Electric Circus” set the stage to launch Dan-e-o’s career as he and Lindo P won the show’s LL Cool J Rap-Off Contest as the duo, Partners In Rhyme.

Dan-e-o would go on to record a version of this song to start off his debut album, “The Book of Daniel” in 2000 (http://dan-e-o.bandcamp.com/track/pro…). Lindo P would rejoin Dan-e-o on his second album, “See No Evil, Hear No Evil” in 2004 for the track, “Amazing” (http://dan-e-o.bandcamp.com/track/ama…).
