Chedo chops it up with that dude Luu Breeze. Nice! Shouts to this dude man. Arguably someone who was ahead of his time when it comes to “the toronto sound”.
We present our interview with Toronto artist Luu Breeze. After being featured on The Game’s platinum album and co-signed by Boi-1da, Luu is rolling out the hits with his new project “Love Don’t Live Here” out now. Luu talked to us about how he experimented with singing on this EP and why he transitioned from rap to singing.
We talked about the current music environment and why Luu doesn’t want to be put in the box of a “rapper”. We also went way back into his upbringing, how his older brother had an influence, the low points he’s had and why he is in a good place today.
Each and every Wednesday we’ll be uploading a brand new interview with a guest we feel that you should know about. If you love podcasts subscribe at the options below.

Are you the realest out? DillanPonders has his doubts. Fresh off his debut album, ACID REIGN, Ponders does not stop writing, and he’s back with another anthem. With a beat courtesy of Kevin Rolly that’s sure to shake any speaker system, Toronto’s young free thinker steps in the pocket and finds his zone. Friends are begging him to dumb down his subject matter in hopes of finding mainstream success, but Ponders proves that’s not necessary, releasing a clip of raw, piercing verses and a hook made to scream with the mandem as you cruise through dark streets. “DOUBTS” is a loud, unwavering middle finger to those standing in the way: Ponders is carving his own lane on his own terms, you can get out of the way or be pushed.
“Saying you’re the realest out, I got DOUBTS.” – DillanPonders
