If EPs weren’t already short enough…producer McCallaman hits us with the shortest EP ever, Black Pop EP, featuring 5 cuts which only one of which is over 2 minutes long. So basically it’s a sampler of an EP, lol. Anyways, the productions are all on point though and shouts to collaborators Tika Simone (look out for her new stuff), Clairmont The Second and Sydanie. Lots of potential here!
Shouts to McCallaman who I had the pleasure of working with a few years back. More product please.
a compilation of modern Negro Spirituals, Hymns, & Lullabies
Shouts to Jalani for keeping me in the loop on this, looks like it’ll be a dope event!

Didn’t post this up right when it came out because I was still too busy taking in the original, lol. All solid remixes in their own ways but the original is still the joint. The Krs x Masego and Soft Glas versions are pretty dope though. #noremixnecessary.
Missed this a few weeks back but better late than never! Majid Jordan drop some mostly instrumental goodness for your listening pleasure. The 21-minute mix features some vocals from the “A Place Like This” EP (remix style), some new stuff, some of this, some of that. It’s dope. Still mad they didn’t do a video for “U” though.
