On December 4th, 2013, Toronto emcee and producer, Xolisa, dropped her debut-self produced EP entitled, “A Beautiful Mind”.
Fast forward to the present day, as the Canadian native is preparing to bring to her city her first solo show on April 10th, named after the EP’s last track, “A Beautiful Moment”, the emcee drops the first set of visuals to accompany the project.
As a collaboration project with Urban Evolution Entertainment’s, “YYZ Hilightz”, as a part of their “Innovators of Culture” March series, Xolisa brings to us an up close and extremely personal a cappella performance of the EP’s first single,“A Beautiful Mind”, which stands as a powerful introduction to the song’s official music video, which also drops in April (shot, directed and edited by Erik Flowchild).

This was a defining moment in the lives of these new Canadian citizens and an honour for Wes to be a part of. Wes will be doing more presentations with the ICC as well as more STICK TO YOUR VISION presentations throughout the country. He has already done Tedx Toronto, IBM/Cisco, Reebok Canada, Macquarie Private Wealth as well as hosting events for Microsoft Canada at their World Partners Conference in Los Angeles and inspiring elementary, high school as well as college and university students throughout Canada. His critically acclaimed motivational book STICK TO YOUR VISION has been quoted by the former Governor General of Canada as ” a plan of action “.
