I just saw the video cut for Listen Up last night and I’m so so SO EXCITED for it to drop. This video will definitely take The Antiheroes to the next level. If you aren’t familiar download their album #ThisIsFreedumb right now as we premiered it months ago, another perfect way to get to know them is by coming out to the show this Friday at the APK Live or Saturday at the El Mocambo for our Toronto fans. Listen Up features D-Sisive and is produced by Rich Kidd who will also be performing Friday. The Come Up Show in association with N.E.C Productions, Outerbass and Urban Life U. are proud to be bringing Massillon, Ohio-bred rapper Stalley, Toronto artists Rich Kidd. The Anitheroes, and London’s own Ngajuana to APK Live for one, unforgettable night.
Stalley’s career first took off when his and Ohio DJ Terry Urban’s mixtape ‘Goin’ Ape’ caught the interest of Mos Def; which led to the Ohio emcee opening for Mos on one of his tours. Last year, Stalley re-released his first album through his new label Maybach Music Group. This time around, he added a new track list; which included a remix to his song “Lincoln Way Lights” (also the name of the LP) featuring Rick Ross. Along with Ross, Stalley’s list of known hip-hop associates is nothing short of impressive; with names like Ski Beatz, Jay Electronica, Wale, Curren$y, and even folk rocker John Mayer.
Opening the show will be Mississauga’s own Juno nominated producer and artist Rich Kidd & Toronto group The Antiheroes, who, along with local act Ngajuana, are expected to get the crowd going before the main event. If you’re near London on June the 1st, don’t miss this event!

DJ Power has enlisted soca star Machel Montano and Canadian rapper Kardinal Offishall for the video to his current single “Fly So High.” The record spinner, a native of Toronto, headed to the island of St. Maarten in addition to Trinidad and Tobago to shoot the vibrant visuals.
“We wanted to pick the best locations to bring the feel good high energy vibe of the track to video, and it came out so crazy!” DJ Power tells The BoomBox.
In the clip, a celebration occurs as DJ Power, Machel and Kardinal provide the soundtrack, ladies flaunt their moves at Carnival and even soccer player Dwight Yorke and cricketeer Brian Lara join the festivities.
“Fly So High,” featured on audio company MaxSound’s promotional CD, was released earlier this year.
