The “Go-To” Church Sunday Series | Week 7: Sunshine
Church Chizzle hits us with a new track and video, and this one is straight from the heart. “Sunshine” isn’t exactly what the title suggests. It represents “freedom” or the lack there of due to being incarcerated. Unfortunately for Church and many others, Sunshine is something that wasn’t fully appreciated until it was taken away. Now looking to put his past behind him, and move forward in his career, Church relays his feelings for the system though through his creative and diverse lyrical abilities. These feeling can be felt, heard, and seen in this video. Freedom is a must.
Video Director: Darren “D-Lo” Lopes / @DdashLO Produced by: BoWes Music Productions Recorded: BoWes Music Productions Mixed & Mastered: Sound Resolve
Debut video for come-up singer / songwriter Savannah Ré. Shouts to the guerilla style shooting down at the Distillary District. It ain’t cheap to shoot there…unless you don’t tell anybody lol.

Kamau‘s latest project (One Day Soon) is so f*ckin’ dope man. You NEED that in your life. This is a really dope piece btw. Shouts to StudioFeed. Here’s the official blurb:
Multi-talented Toronto artist Ian Kamau is one of the city’s most fascinating creative minds. Ian is an “artist” in the fullest sense of the word with art acting as an opportunity to both foster conversations on important social issues and at a more personal level, “to change and evolve and transform us”.
While touring across Canada and Europe, Kamau became disillusioned with the “music industry,” and decided to put his musical projects on hold in order to complete his studies at York University. However, a number of recent releases have signified Kamau’s return to music, the most recent of which is his full-length album, One Day Soon, which was released in the fall of 2011.
