Free (Y.Alsalman, N.Al-Rufaie) Music Produced by Sandhill Directed, Edited and Shot by Ridwan Adhami @ridzdesign
Photographer and film-maker Ridwan Adhami and Yassin ‘ Narcy ‘ Alsalman team up for a second time, after the success of their crowd sourced video ‘Hamdulillah’. FREE celebrates the forgotten, the people of the world labeled as a threat yet we do not see their faces. Ridwan travelled with Islamic Relief USA for the last five years documenting orphans, refugees and people displaced by war and natural disaster. Free is a timely call for disarmament and equality, in response to the public conversation around banning people from traveling freely to North America.

In this episode, I sit down with Adria Kain, a VERY talented artist from Toronto. With her final show a couple of weeks ago, Adria announced that she is taking a hiatus from music. Knowing how incredibly talented she is, I had to find out why she felt the need to take this hiatus, particularly when she is at the tip of everyone’s tongue right now. Her answer is very revealing. Enjoy!

Jazz drops by Sway In The Morning for an interview + freestyle. Bom!
We’ve been hearing Jazz Cartier’s name and music buzzing for a while now, so it was only right to bring this Toronto MC to Sway in the Morning to see what the hype is all about.
We quickly learned that Jazz is a true hyena! After bouncing around from city, to state, to country all his life, he gained indisputable influence, which helped sharpen his craft. Plus, it didn’t hurt to see an idol like Drake come from his hometown for a little motivation.
Take a listen below to his fierce freestyle and enjoy our full interview. And uhh, did he really just diss Joe Budden? Keep up with @JazzCartier and follow his music online.
