Sauga City, Canadian native “DRU” drops the official music video for his single Don’t Be Afraid. Shot and Directed by Frenzy Fredie Hamdan and Levente Kovacs, in Vancouver Canada the R&B/Hip-hop singer & songwriter is aiming to release his new EP Chapters early in 2017. Influenced by the likes of Michael Jackson and Donny Hathaway DRU considers himself a true student of the art form and hopes to inspire others with his new forthcoming project.

On the heels of his latest single release, “GRIME DATE”, Tona makes a return with its accompanying single and the visuals for “RED EYE”. Directed by 88 Everything once again, the single will appear on his forthcoming album, ‘THE IVY LEAGUE,’ The single that is produced by Beatchild; who has worked with the likes of, Drake, Glenn Lewis and Kardinal Offishall. The song also features Toronto native Fixaveli, who has been making a name for himself as of late.
“The song came out of a freestyle that was inspired by some ‘Two Oceans’ red wine,” Tona explains. “Everybody had left the studio thinking nothing of it, but a few months later, a vocalist who had been present during the session came back reciting the freestyle like it was a full blown song she had heard on the radio. I couldn’t ignore the signs at this point, and decided to actually turn it into a song.”

Eternia returns with her signature style of lyrical transparency in “For This Life”. Featured on Hand’Solo Records 20th Anniversary compilation “Bassments of Badmen Vol. 3”, the new single is a marked departure from Eternia’s dark and dusty sonic trademark. Reuniting with “Foul Child” producer A. Beck (aka Mr. Cincinnati), Eternia shares her spiritual journey over rich, rolling, ‘bump-it-in-your-whip’ production and enlists Phoenix Pagliacci to bless yet another Eternia offering with a victorious chorus, reminiscent of Lauryn Hill in the 90s.
The unofficial video pays homage to Toronto’s Annual Manifesto Festival of Community Arts & Culture which has provided a major platform for Eternia, Phoenix Pagliacci and many other Canadian Hip Hop acts. The footage was captured during MNFSTO 2010 and 2013’s Ladies Cipher at Yonge & Dundas Square in the heart of downtown Toronto.
