‘Definition’ is a song that discusses my personal experience with love, success, and God, and how my understanding of these concepts has sometimes conflicted with what other people consider to be ‘right’. The only way I was able to be at peace with these ideas was to honor the way they fit into my life. Freedom came from realizing that I couldn’t let anyone else define my connection to these beliefs.
