Dear Creators,
We are real. Life is real. GOD is real. Life is filled with happenings and experiences. These lessons are here to shape us + teach us. Shape our lives. Shape our testimony. We are NOT perfect. We are here to share. Share our experiences, share what is real + true. And in us sharing transparently, we find connectivity, fellowship, friendship + love. You are deserving of pure love. Be patient with yourself in your learning + show love to others even if they cannot love themselves. Because life is ugly + scary. But at some point or another, we have been ugly too. I know many who are internally suffering. I have been there….
My loves, there is great beauty in darkness. This body of work was cultivated + inspired to help move those who are stuck in the “Shadowlands.” The “Shadowlands” of depression, darkness, sadness, trauma, stagnancy, fear, regret. The light is possible for even you!
The Come Up Show with another one. This time they chop it up with producer-extraordinaire, Murda Beatz. It’s murdaaaaaaaaaaaa! Sorry. Had to.
Our special guest today is Murda Beatz who was raised in Fort Erie, Ontario. At only 22 years old, he’s been responsible for hits like “Pipe it Up” for Migos, Gucci Mane’s “Back On Road”, and Drake’s “With You” featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR On Views.
On this episode, we talked about the importance of meeting people face to face, the sacrifices he had to make working on his craft and so much more.
Each and every Wednesday we’ll be uploading a brand new interview with a guest we feel that you should know about. If you love podcasts subscribe at the options below.
Another nice one from a kid you’re most likely still sleeping on. Joint’s available on Spotify now too.
Produced by Grammy/Emmy nominated producers, Rice N’ Peas (G-Eazy, Cody Simpson, YMCMB), ‘C’est La Vie’ is an empowering, uplifting single that becomes the first release off the 19-year old Canadian’s debut mixtape “Amber Room.” Amber Room is slated to be released in the first quarter of 2017 with features from Kehlani and production from Harvey Mason Jr (via The Underdogs).
“Everybody has those periods of time in life where nothing works in our favor and we feel the universe works against us,” Moore wrote in an email to The FADER. “Writing this song was so easy for me because I was writing from a place of 100% honesty and channeling things that have happened in my own life. For anybody going through anything, understand that you are not alone. The bad things that happen to us don’t happen because we are bad people, they just happen to us because those are the ups and downs of life.”
Drop a comment at your favorite part of the song !
i teamed up with my friends at the fader to bring you “c’est la vie”. this is the first single from my upcoming mixtape called “the amber room” 🙂
If “Classic” with K. Forest wasn’t enough to get you interested in this dude, Jviden helps out by dropping the full EP called Pure. This is definitely a yute I’m keeping an eye on. Project’s solid! The homie McCallaman makes a nice cameo too. Shouts to B-Town man. The output from there stays being crazy…!
