Newcomer Tanisha chops it up with The Come Up Show!
This week’s special guest is Tanisha. She is an R&B / Alternative artist from Toronto. At the age of 14, she started singing in Toronto Children’s Concert Choir. After touring to the Bahamas at the age of 18 with the choir, she knew that music is what she wanted to do for the rest of her life.
On this episode, Tanisha talked about the importance of having a strong circle, why 2016 has been the most challenging and rewarding year for her, and so much more.
Each and every Wednesday we’ll be uploading a brand new interview with a guest we feel that you should know about. If you love podcasts subscribe at the options below.
Been checkin’ for Haley Smalls for a few years now. Ever since the amazing “Butterflies” cover she did with Lokz back in the day. But the grind continues!. This time she blesses PND’s latest.
Nice joint and visuals courtesy of a Birthday Boy / Justin Broadbent collabo!

Always dope to see two artists connect like this. Kayo & Quake connect for an album called The Search with this joint as the first single. Between this and Naturally Born Strangers, it’s like Canada is creating the rebirth of the hip-hop group.
UPDATE: Although this was recently put up on SoundCloud, the entire album seems to have come out back in 2011…??? I obviously don’t remember it coming out or must have totally missed it but here’s the link to the album on Bandcamp.
